When is the deposit and lease due for the 2017 season?
Leases and deposits will be due on September 18, 2016.
When does the season end?
The season ends October 10, 2016.
When will the water and electric be shut off?
Monday, October 12, 2016.
Do you offer golf cart and boat storage for the winter?
Yes. We have inside storage for golf carts, $100; boat (size restriction) $400 and car $250. We also offer outside boat storage for $300.
After the park closes will we have access to our units?
The gate is shut off at the entrance to the park. Weather permitting you may walk into the park to check on your unit. We would appreciate it if you would either call and leave a message or email us when you plan on coming down.
If I want to move to a different site, how do I go about doing this?
Please stop at the office, call or send us an email. Let us know what site or section you are interested in and we will put you on a list and as sites become available you will be notified.
FAQ’s for non site holders
What are the steps I need to take to obtain a site at Timber Creek?
First you will need to fill out a waiting list application. You may download one off the website along with our rates for the 2016 season. Please fax, email or mail the application. You may visit Timber Creek during the season. From Memorial Day until Labor Day we ask for you to come only during the week. Prior to Memorial Day Weekend and after Labor Day Weekend until Columbus Day Weekend you may come during the week or the weekend. Once we are closed, after Columbus Day Weekend, you will need to make an appointment to visit the park. When sites become available, we will be in contact with you.
