I may be interested in purchasing a unit that is for sale on site.  How do I go about doing this?

You will first need to fill out a waiting list application.  You may download this off the website or stop in.  In order to view a unit that is for sale, you need to call or email the office to set up an appointment for a showing.  At this time we will also go over the rules of the park, payment deadlines, etc.  Once you are approved by Timber Creek management, you will be given the name and phone number of the unit you are interested in purchasing to make contact with them.  The sale is done with the owner but you must meet with TC staff to have prior approval,  receive your lease agreement, rules & regulations, invoice, etc.

Please see our rules and regulations on our forms page for further details and policies.  Any other questions may be directed to our office staff via email, phone or a visit.
